Pixel Icon- Tiny Blue Fox (Free Use)

A tiny blue fox avatar, as requested.
I really wanted to do this one, as a blue fox happens to be the mascot of a really great restaurant on the island. XD
Sparkles were also requested, but, uh... didn't feel right adding them, sorry.
